Carbon Trust Loans

To help Industry to reduce their energy consumption, the government has created the Carbon Trust that provides funds for industry to invest in Energy Efficient products, which will provide ‘real’ energy savings.
 

The benefits of interest free loans from The Carbon Trust are often over looked by companies thinking of replacing or upgrading equipment. This Government backed scheme allows organisations to obtain new and more energy efficient plant straight away rather than waiting until their own funds are available or budgets allow. Money is paid into your company’s accounts ready to pay a suppliers bill for the cost of equipment and installation without having to draw on your own funds. A very important benefit is that the new energy efficient equipment immediately starts to reduce energy bills, from day one.

The Energy Efficiency Loans Scheme is available to eligible small and medium sized organisations who can apply for loans of between £5,000 and £100,000, unsecured for up to 4 years. The term of the loan is determined by the energy payback.
